In my Pad Thai book it says you get what you pay for with fishsauce. So when I go to Dihn-Dihn (I think that's how it's spelt) in St Catharines. I buy the 8 dollar stuff, instead of the 2 dollar stuff. I've honestly never used to the cheap stuff (little afraid), so maybe that makes the difference right there. Also I use so little fishsauce that paying 8 dollars is not a big deal as it does last a long time. :)

P.S. Just came by to use your MD5, but remembered commenting on your Pad Thai recipe some time ago. Take care.

Hey Justin,
Your recipe definitely had some influence on mine ;) I just can't stand that much fish sauce to be honest.

Looks quite similar to my Pad Thai recipe. Although I usually skip the tofu, and just add another breast of chicken. I usually use about 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, and no cardamom. Other than that it's almost the same. :)
